Make sure active X is enabled. Also, try the following:

To Update the Media Master Software

Step 1 Close all browser windows.

Step 2 Depending on your operating system, do one of the following:

For Windows 2000 and later, start the Java control panel by clicking Start > Settings > Control Panel > Java.

For Red Hat Linux and Mac OSX, start the Java control panel found in $JAVA_HOME\bin\ControlPanel.

Step 3 On the General page, under Temporary Internet Files, click Delete Files.

This clears the cached files. The Media Master resource files will be downloaded the next time you visit a Cisco PCA or Cisco Unity Connection Administration page that contains the Media Master.

Brandon

ActiveX is enabled.

I deleted the Java cache as suggested.

Now I get an error message "This installer cannot continue because the files necessary for installation are unavailable. If trying to install a beta or older version, please check http://java.sun.com/j2se to determine if it is still supported. If so, please try installing at a later time, as these files might be only temporarily unavailable."

I have tried over several days and still get this message.

I really wish the Call Manager group would move away from Java to HTML5.

Did you try with Audio Text available in Cisco Unity Tools and are you still facing the issue.

Regards

Deepak

Try greeting administrator

http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/voice_ip_comm/unity/5x/administration/guide/ex/5xcusagex/5xcusag250e.pdf

or Audio Text manager

http://www.ciscounitytools.com/Applications/CxN/ATM/ATM.html

I downloaded Audio Text Manager, but it requires administrator permissions. I'm trying to record greetings as an END USER.

if you are recording a greeting of end user you can simply sign in in the account and chose the option to re recorde the greeting.

If you are trying to record for other users you can have to have

Remote Administrator and System Administrator roles to log in in greeting admin.

if you dont have that option.

you will have to configure the Greeting adminstrator (but you will only be able to record only greeting of call handlers with Greeting admins)
