CUEAC error when Synchronizing with CUCM

When I start the sync with cucm on the cueac system it immeditaly responds with Server Error. Data Error : FAILURE : 15

the Sync report shows last completed as 2011-03-25 10:18:24 (todays date is 2011-05-20)

Hi,

I would sugested the following

-- check the username / password in Engineering--->CUCM Connectivity

Note that the username is case sensitive

-- Reboot the cueac server

To add to Christos' comment, make sure the user you specify has the AXL role assigned to it in CUCM as well.

I'm getting the same error

Server error. Error Data : FAILURE : 15

when I attempt to do a directory synch.

Did rebooting the server help take care of this issue?
