I have taken over an existing UC environment and I started going through the backup setups and when I reached my Unity Subscriber, I was unable to sign in with the normal credentials. I have checked the user account roles and it is currently set for "Audit Admin, Remote Admin, & System Admin". I have also noticed that when I signed into the Disaster Recovery system on the Publisher, I had to use a different password.
Is there another area that I need to check to provide access to the Disaster Recovery system and also, where to change the password for that system in Unity?
