I have problem with hard drives in my blade. The faults say: Firmware Detected Drive Fault
I replace the HDD with another but I got the same error message. Every HDD that I replaced with these got the same error and amber light.
On front side of my blade I got amber light

Please open a service request with Cisco TAC. They will help you analyze and fix the problem.

I would open a TAC case so you can investigate whether the blade is causing the drives to show that error, or if something else is going on. If you have the ability to grab LSIget or Storcli logs, that would be most beneficial.

If you have your server under contract, and can open a TAC case, they will probably check for some common FN issues with some drives (firmware based), as well as just a simple failure.
Looking at the SKU/PID of that drive,,, it has been in play since 2011, so it's age can be 5,6,7 years old at this point.
Once you hit 5 years, pretty much all bets are off in terms of drive reliability.
