Install Windows 2016 on B200 M4

Hi
This is the first time we are trying to install Windows 2016 on M200 M4. We mentioned CD / DVD as 1st Boot device and with virtual media policy mentioned the iso local path from where we access the KVM console and also tried mentioning remote path. Both the options failed to mount the media. Later mounted the media from KVM console, here also failed to boot from the media. Can anyone help us to correct this.
For UEFI secure boot, do we need to mention any special parameters?
