Customer has a UCS B230 M2 Blade Server w/o CPU, memory, SSD, mezzanine that's curremtly in a hung state. How do i go abou resolving this issue

I would start by actually understanding the problem.

 

If you have a blade with no CPU, memory, SSD or mezzanine card....you have a paperweight.

 

Can you provide more details into what is going on? Screen captures, firmware versions, etc?

 

Your best bet is to open a TAC case to further understand the problem.
