I am going to guess that the codec is changing and that is why the call is dropping. You can check the regions for the agents and make sure the call keeps the same codec.
Jabber has a built in Bridge. Call monitoring works. It uses used the built in bridge to fork the media. The phone config page has a drop down menu to enable the built in bridge.Am I missing something?
You could create a call type for released calls and place it right before the release call step in the ICM script. Then you could run a report on the call type.Otherwise CVP reporting may give extra detail on the calls.
I have had quite a few problems with Chome and with Firefox when using finesse. Things like the mouse stops being able to make selections in finesse.2 days ago I started to use Opera. I have not had any issues. It may be something to check out.
