We are running a UCCX v8.0.2SU3 cluster with HA. The majority of our callcenter desktops are running WinXP but we are in the process of migrating to Win7 32bit for all of our call center agents. All of our call center agents are part of a workflow ...
Currently we have several UCCX agents working from home as a remote agent pilot program. These agents have broadband Internet connections, AnyConnect VPN client, CAD and CIPC. The only issues we've had so far is when there is a service inturruption...
I'm in the process of migrating our IPCCX4.0 cluster to UCCX5.0. Since there's no upgrade path I have to do a clean install. Our contract allows us to do high availability (currently doing this in 4.04). High availability requires SQL2k. Cisco pr...
Approximately 1/3 of the access switches at our central office are model WS-C3550-24PWR-SMI switches. We have recently started purchasing the new 7961G-GE phones and it appears through testing that the new phones do not work with the 3550 switches. ...

Thank you very much for the information. I'll take a look at both those options, though we are running UCM 7.1.3 and UCCX 7.0, so the second option will have to wait a bit.Thank you again for the advice.
We have the same issue: CRS4.04sr1 with HA. What I finally resorted to was downloading a copy of msconfig.exe and editing the startup programs. The SQLUtility is the "UpdateUtility". I disabled that from running at startup. This is just a bandaid...
