Jabber Crashes anytime Video is involved. This happens only on Laptop model , Lenovo W540 /541- Windows 10 . We have a Cloud deployment for IMP , CUCM is on prem with 10.5.2 and Jabber Client 11.5, so please advise

I am  unable to register my Tandberg  MXP 1000 to the call manager using  H323 , but able when using SIP. I looked at the event apps logs and I didn't  see any communications between the Call Manager and video endpoint. I don't have a firewall in bet...
Users assigned to the subscriber nodes are  unable to log in if High availability is enabled on the cluster. When HA is Enabled, users can log on to both Primary and Secondary servers.
I have 2 user whose having an issue,  whenever they call another extension internally, the call goes straight to VM, however, when they call externally , the phone rings few times then route to VM. Any Ideas?
