We are looking to deploy the Jabber for Windows client on tablets and wanted to know if there is a way to make dialing more touch friendly by showing a dial pad instead of only using the keyboard to input a number to dial.

That feature was added in the 11.7 Phone firmware. In the 12.0.1 Phone firmware they removed this feature, upgrading is how we have gotten around this as we didn't like it either.
