Hello everyone, Is it supported to configure the email account assigned for Email CSQ in UCCX using SocialMiner to be configured in Microsoft Outlook in case of failure of UCCX or SocialMiner?

After upgrading CUCM, which Expressway version do I need? Do any version from X8.1 to X8.7 is compatible with any CUCM starting from 9.1(2)SU1?

and 9.1(2) -> 9.1.2-10000-28
