Hi,
We have upgraded Expressway-C and -E from 8.11.4 to X12.5 in our lab, and since this upgrade MRA doesn't work anymore. Logging in is possible, we can see presence but Jabber does not register as a phone. We have tried this for two separate lab cl...
Hi,
In a Cisco presentation a couple of weeks ago, which was held by an ex-Acano guy I think, he hammered a lot on prefering 720p60 over 1080p30. According to him, this is because the quality difference between 720p and 1080p is minimal on screens be...
Hi,
I am not sure where to post this, so I'll just post it here. We often have a situation with Jabber where we would like to decline the incoming call. A situation that happens most is that you are in a Webex Meeting with the Webex app, and receive ...
Hi,
I have set up a CMS 2.3.6 with an Expressway X8.11 for external access to the Webbridge. It will be used for both guests as user logins to the webbased Meeting App. Logging in works fine, with <userid>@xmpp.domain.com, as specified in the LDAP Ma...

Hi Rath,
Thanks a lot for your reply. Unfortunately your tip didn't solve the issue; I have done a DNS Flush (and even a complete restart of Exp-C and Exp-E) but this didn't solve it.

That did the trick, thanks! I was trying to register an Expressway PAK, which didn't allow me to select a version. Your method indeed shows a dropdown box for the requested license version.
Won't that just give me another 8.X release key? I need to fill in a Release Key when upgrading, but I assume I will get a 8.X key when I use the current server's virtual MAC to get a key from the License Portal.
I've found what determines the meetingspace's URI in WebRTC: it takes the highest priority call matching rule for incoming call handling. It sounds weird, but after I raised the priority of meet.domain.com to be above fqdn.domain.local, the meetingsp...
