Getting Busy Signal when calling Voice Mail System

We currently have a CME 8.0/CUE 7.1

The system currently has a four-port FXO card. I am able to call outside phone numbers as well as inbound. I can call between internal extensions. When I try to access voicemail, I receive a busy signal. It was working and now it is not. I have checked the IP addresses as well as the dial-peers and they are correct. I am also able to access the CUE GUI without a problem.

I am new to this and trying to learn it all as my company has not sent me to training. This is in my lab environment.

Hey Jim

Do a "debug voip dialpeer" while making the call to see what outbound dialpeer is matched. It should be the one you have configured for CUE. If it is correct, make sure the correct codec is being used. You may want to post a config too so we can be more helpful.
