Fax to email document format

Hi

I got fax to email working on UC500, but the default format for the attached document is .tiff format, is there a way that we can change the attachement file t o.pdf format in CCA ?

unfortunately, UC500/CUE support TIFF format only and it is the standard of internet fax file format.

My understanding is that it works with any T.37 capable voice gateway.

There are other solutions as well, e.g rightfax/opentext, etc.

I'm about to test it with a customer and my understanding is that T37FSP  bridge doesn't convert to PDF, but the other product does. One should ask Sandler for more info.
