We are getting frequently Blank calls from ‘’root” for the below Sys

We are getting frequently Blank calls from  ‘’root” for the below Systems, and this systems are connected  directly on ILL Line.

 

1.        Cisco Room Kit -- FOC2433K854 – Adama  Gujrat Plat

2.       Cisco Room Kit -- FOC2433K84Y – R&D Director  VC room , Adama Hyderabad faclity

 

Kindly raise the ticket in Cisco and provide the Solution asap

This is support community and we are not administrator who open tickets with Cisco tac.
