Hello,

I have a problem in connetion between the access point and Apple iPhone and iPad.

Firmware version 2.0.6.1

Try with WPA-Personal (both AES and TKIP) and WPA2-Personal encryption too.

Appliance works in Access Point mode.

Anybody has had the problem?!

Thankyou very much!

Adriano

Dear Adriano,

Thank you for reaching the Small Business Support Community.

Besides checking on the firewall settings on the Apple devices and try with firewall off, I could only think of a factory reset and re-configuration.  I am not aware of related known issues.

Please give that a try and let me know, I'll be looking forward to hear from you.

Kind regards,

Dear Jeffrey,

thank you for the answer.

I did a factory reset and I re-configured the access point. Comunication with Apple devices worked for some days and then stopped. There is not a firewall software in iPhone/iPad.

I can't understand...

Kind regards

Adriano
