AP dot11 radio - Down

I have an AP on my controller (3700i Aironet AP) lightweight showing its operational status as down.

Further checks revealed the following as seen in the attached images;

How do I enable the dot11 radio on the AP?

Hi

 On the WLC, go to the WIRELESS tab, select the 2.4 Ghz Radios. Find the referred AP and on the right hand side, on the blue triangle go to configure and enable the radio.

 Keep in mind that, radio 2.4 ghz disabled often is required by design. Make sure this is not the case.

WLC > Wireless TAB >802.11b

find the AP and enable the radio

Make sure it wasn't disabled manually for a reason first. 2.4GHz is also quite often disabled to reduce co channel interference

Depending on the used software, it's also possible that the radio crashed. In that case reload the AP.
