this is possible if both non-root bridges are in line of sight of one yagi you can add a second pointing in hte same direction.

It is important to remember the Cisco AP's only use one antenna for transmitting at a time and expect the two antennas to have the same coverage area. The Ap will use both antennas for trasmitting but will only switch when in retry mode.

You can not point one antenna north and the other south, this will not work. Diversity is for multipath to/from a single client not diverse clients.

Lara,

BIll is correct here. Also remember that multipath is usually not an issue on outdoor bridges as the bridge should have been surveyed for line of site issues in the beginning. If you are having problems please insure that fresnel zone issues are correct. No more than 35-40 per cent obstructed. Also make sure that antenna height and clearance issues are correct. Calculate the link margin between the bridges and insure that you are within your link budget.
