Cisco 861W Wireless N Configuration

     Hello,

I have a question for you guys. I set up my cisco 861w in order to get access to Internet at home. Everything was good except that I can't tune it in order to work on wireless N. Can you take a look at my attached configuration in order to make my network to function at wireless N speed.

Hey Lazzar!!

Nice to see you back..

To Get N speeds here are the few conditions..

1>> The SSID should be configured for OPEN AUTH with NO ENCRYPTION with all MCS ENABLED and WMM ENABLED.

OR

2>> The SSID should be configured for WPA-2 Auth with AES as the ENCRYPTION with all MCS ENABLED and WMM ENABLED.

Make sure we have this configutration right!!

Hi,

The configuration that you have posted is doing WPA Auth and TKIP as the encryption... i have attacted the modified config.. use this and this will give u N speeds..
