Hi Team,
I am deploying Cisco mobility using a cisco AIR-AP2802I-S-K9 as the master AP (running as controller ). Initially my AP is running at CAPWAP 8.3.143.0 image that is why i did not upgrade the image image.
The only upgrade i did is to the mobility express image which is AIR-AP2800-K9-ME-8-5-151-0.tar.
After the reboot i ensure that the image has been upgrade and the AP Image type and AP Configuration is at MOBILITY EXPRESS IMAGE and MOBILITY EXPRESS CAPABLE.
After all the checking. Still the AP is not broadcasting the "CiscoAirProvision " SSID. The AP is also showing BLUE,RED and GREEN blinking lights.
Kindly see attached file for the initial reboot and the show ver
AP Running Image : 8.5.151.0
Primary Boot Image : 8.5.151.0
Backup Boot Image : 8.3.143.0
AP Image type : MOBILITY EXPRESS IMAGE
AP Configuration : MOBILITY EXPRESS CAPABLE
thanks

I have the same issue, after and before converting it to mobility express (ME) I cant see the SSID of cisco aironet 2800I, it is enabled and broadcast with BLUE,RED and GREEN blinking lights.
I have reset it multiple times.

This log actually shows no error at all. What happens afterwards?

Did anybody solve the problem? I have the same issue.
I am using Mobility Express 8.10.196.0 on AP2802i.
In my case, I can reach to AP with WebGUI and can see that both 2.4G and 5G radios are enabled and SSID are selected to broadcast but I cannot see SSID on WiFi scan from any device. I can also SSH into AP.
The AP LED is continuously blinking GREEN - OFF - BLUE - OFF - RED - OFF.
Any input is apreciated.

I eventually figured that this was because of the incorrect POE power supply used.
This is mentioned here: https://community.cisco.com/t5/wireless/2802i-ap-also-running-as-controller-not-broadcasting-the-ssid/td-p/3680661
I was using the POE injector which is only 802.3af compatible but what it is needed for AP2802I is 802.3at compatible power injector.
Now, everything is working fine, both radios are broadcasting, clients are connecting, I also was able to enable AUX port to connect ethernet client at full Gbps down-link.
