Download custom_webauth.tar file from 5508 WLC

I need to update the login.html file for a custom login page

Is there a way to download the custom_webauth.tar file from a 5508 WLC, so I can do this?

I don't see any option for this under Commands-> Upload File

The Webauth Bundle option is there in the Download (to controller) page though

You have to get the bundle from https://software.cisco.com/download/home/282600534/type/282791507/release/1.0.2
And then upload (download) to the WLC as per the docs BB shared.
