No Jobs in Dashboard after Inline Upgrade

Hi,

we have done an inline upgrade  of the prime infrastructure from 3.0 to 3.7 The upgrade went without any problems and the prime works as well, but there are no jobs in the dashboard. Is this normal behavior? I don't think so, but I'm not sure. Is it possible to get these jobs back?

Thanks

Martin

Thanks,

we have cleared the cache and have tried another browser, but no success.

Other historical data like config files are available.

Is there a possibility to restore old jobs back to dashboard?

According to the docs inline upgrade is only supported from 3.1.x and later:
https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/net_mgmt/prime/infrastructure/3-7/quickstart/guide/bk_Cisco_Prime_Infrastructure_3_7_0_Quick_Start_Guide.html#task_1070940

Sorry, was my mistake.

Upgrade was done from 3.1.5 to 3.7

To be honest, I would skip 3.7 completely, it has various bugs in regards to scheduled jobs, that will not get fixed in 3.7. For 3.8 you anyway must do a new installation, so I suggest to do a fresh installation of 3.8 and then install the backup from 3.1.
The documentation is fairly bad in regards to the version numbers, but I think this should be supported:
https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/net_mgmt/prime/infrastructure/3-8/quickstart/guide/bk_Cisco_Prime_Infrastructure_3_8_0_Quick_Start_Guide.html

Thanks for answer

Is it possible to install the backup from 3.1 to 3.8 version?

I thought at least 3.6 is requiured:

Migrate Data From Previous Releases of Prime Infrastructure

You can migrate from the following 3.6.x, and 3.7.x Prime Infrastructure versions to Prime Infrastructure 3.8 :

Cisco Prime Infrastructure 3.7.1
Cisco Prime Infrastructure 3.7
Cisco Prime Infrastructure 3.6 update 2
Cisco Prime Infrastructure 3.6 update 1
Cisco Prime Infrastructure 3.6

Tbh. I'm finding conflicting information, but I think you are right.
What confuses me, is this part:
- Perform an inline upgrade of existing 3.1.x, 3.2.x, 3.3.x, 3.4.x, 3.5.x, and 3.6 system—See How to Perform an Inline Upgrade.

I think I would probably go to 3.6 and then take a backup and then 3.8.
