Hi Team,
Is it possible for cisco capwap AP which are working on flex mode to send snmp traps to an SNMP server?

Yes, but i don`t want to involve the WLC here. So is it any workaround to collected SNMP from the APs?

Not that i am aware possible with AP to send Logs to remote.

No - the whole purpose of lightweight APs is that the management is done through the WLC.
However APs can be configured to send syslogs locally - in fact they normally broadcast them by default.
