Some computers will get a Valid IP but no internet from wifi while others connect normally.

Some computers will get a Valid IP but no internet from wifi while others connect normally. We are not a Cisco Shop, but have added a client that is nearly 100% Cisco less the Site level firewalls.

All of the Computers/Users with the issue have been replaced or upgraded in the past 2 months, they will get a valid IP from the AP, but will not ping/tracert out. 

Does anyone have any thoughts on this issue?

You need to input more information ;

1. what model of WLC? ( Version of code)

2. what is the AP model?

3. what kind of authentication?

4. where is DHCP hand over take place

5. how different working vs not working ( same AP ?)

6. what frequency they connected 2.4 or 5 ( when you observe working, which one connected)

7. end device has the same chipset?
