Oh! Sorry, I install SMU which is different version with the IOS.

yup that will throw an error :)

say also, if you do show install log <reqid> [detail] it may give you some more pointers that are helpful.

you could also see this error if you apply a fix for a package that you have not installed. eg you apply a bng smu and the bng pie is not loaded.

also for problems like this, it is always good to see the admin show install active details too to provide some more insight, but that is for next time :)
