We are not able to access cucm subscriber from cli but able to access gui page. 

We see this bug since we upgraded to FTD 6.4. as well. The patch 6.4.0.1 did not solve this issue.

What if reloading the card does not resolve the issue of card flapping ?What can be the next best step to be taken ?

Please note that bug was found in Cisco ASR 5500 Series and that's where we are interested in bug fix. 5k stated in descr. was not checked. I would like to point above just to avoid further misunderstanding.

Is this bug still exists in SU6?, in the read me I can find it in open caveats list. Please advise.
