This also appears to be affecting 8.3.141.0   This should be a much higher priority bug, as touching client devices you don't own is not something you should be doing, and the two VLAN approach goes against best practices.

Hit this bug during firmware upgrade from 2.28g to 3.13(k), ignoring these messages until we upgrade Rack Server and see the message will go. Message are only for Rack Servers. There is not any impact because of this Bug.

has there been any movement on this bug? it appears if you have Vocera and use the broadcast feature you cannot upgrade APs past 3702. Sad.  

The conditions list only 2008 R2 and 2012 DHCP servers. 2012R2 is not listed but we are still running into this issue. Will the conditions be updated for this bug? I also wonder if a 2016 DHCP server will be able to handle the 3 releases.
