I have a Cisco switch model WS-C2960X-48FPD-L. I upgraded the IOS switch. There is a problem with the upgrade of iOS during the POST test, and the operation of the switch stops.   

All, I wanted to share that this bug is still an issue on X12.5.  I recently had an X12.5 server have the same issue in which I had to enable the Dual NIC and reboot in order to get rid of the alarm. Regards, Dalton Woolsey

we installed Patch 5 in ISE2.4.0.357 but still the collection filters not working. Is there any other setting need to change ?

Can you confirm what models are “wave 1” access points please? the defect is "cryptic" and does not identify which model's of access points are affected. Is this identified somewhere else?
