we just configured the cisco mra and are encountering the problem that cisco jabber cannot connect to phone service from internet. But IM & Presence work fine.
If from internal network those services (IM, Presence, and phone service) just work fine.
In the attachment is the jabber log file. from expressway i didn't find any error entries.
Can anyone please help?

I fixed the issue. It was all about the certificates. I am using our own CA to sign the certificate, but used the same name for Timcat and CUCM. After I changed the QFDN name, everything works fine.

Sounds like a potential firewall issue. Are you certain of no blocks?

I am quite sure that the required ports are open. The log even shows that Jabber client can find my TCT device. By the way the same error happens with our Android devices.

Try this tool from Cisco to see if it points you in the right direction.
