Cisco Finesse PopUp problem

Hi

We have UCCX and are using cisco finesse. We have deployed popup screen feature on finesse and it is working fine, but we have a problem. It does not create new tab for each call that is handled and every new call over writes the call info with the new call info. How can I have new tab for each call that it handled?

Hello Smith,

I believe, you are using gadgets to display call information when a new call arrives.

If yes, please explore jquery and jquery-ui to create a tab for every call. You have to create a new tab when a new dialog event occurs.
