Allowing users to changing greetings and messages in IPCC script

Users would like the ability to update wave files played in scripts (i.e if the call center closes early, new procedures etc.). The users will not have access to CRS editor and need to be able to make these changes via telephone. Is this possible?

Thanks

Script is attached with .wav files. This script will allow you to changed prompts on the fly. I find the easiest way to do this is to name all your prompt files as numbers (2000.wav, etc) and just create a Visio diagram or Excel Spreadsheet that maps out the verbiage associated with each script. Anyway, if you name your prompts as numbers, you can use this script to call in, enter a pin number for authentication, enter the .wav file number (2000) and re-record it, restore it, etc and it does this on the fly. Once you hit the button to save it, it saves it to the corrrect directory on the CRS server. (you will have to edit the script a bit).

Let me know if you have any questions.

I'm on 4.03 upgrading at the end of the month to the new version when it's available

Many Thanks

Currently 3.5(2) but 4.0(4) within a month.

Hi adignan,

I'm also using 4.0(3). If you can upload that script file for all of us, it would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance,

Mike

Sorry to bother you. Can you repost this script? It expired and I lost the files due to hard drive failure. Thanks.

Scott

Refer to the posting just before yours. It doesnt expire until July 2007.
