Have anyone encountered the CAD email ready button not availble or graded out? we are currently using CAD 7.0(2), also checked the agents if they are a member of the e-mail CSQ and has the skill to e-mail. Actually at a time the ready button is available but afterthe agents try to logout and login the ready button is already available network connectivity is oaky also.

It seems that our client has upgraded the exchange to 2010 while the UCCX server is still in 7.0(2). I think this is why the users cannot connect to the IMAP server. So this was a compatibility issue.
