Hi folks,
Am facing weird issue. please help. I have PCCE deployment. I have configured script in ICM for Inbound calls. I have Queue to Agent node. During non-production, call drops. Please suggest.

Hi David,
Thanks for asking. I have resolved the issue. In Queue to Agent node, I have enabled checkbox "Queue to agent if not logged in".

I have never seen a use case for: "Queue to Agent if not logged in".
Why on earth would you do that?
