I am exploring an option to host UCCE instance on AWS Cloud instead of on-premise /hosted model. Can some one share more insights on this if this model is supported and any Cisco documentation available on the same?
Any one who has tried or implemented this? Any feedback on performance and cost aspects will be highly appreciated.

Here is the “hard no” documentation; it won’t pass A2Q.

Cisco Collaboration applications do not support any 3rd-party public cloud infrastructure as a service (IaaS) offer. Including but not limited to:
- Any 3rd-party public cloud offers based on VMware Cloud Foundation (e.g. VMware Cloud on AWS, Azure VMware Solution, Google Cloud VMware Engine and others are not supported).

From what I know only VMware ESXi is supported with any Cisco UC systems.

A few years back Cisco was going to support this model, but that was before WxCCE became a thing. So I don't believe this is officially supported. Like @Roger Kallberg mentioned if the underlying version of ESXi is not specifically supported you are going to be out of luck.
