Dear Experts;
We have one customer with call manager 7.1 and this is out of support from cisco and they are migrating to 10.5.
They have limited phone license so they want to free some unused licenses and when i went through Device--Phone we found the below attached list.and as customer confirmed there is no out bound campaingn is not there.
Can anyone tell us what is this exactly and if we delete this does it impact our call center as we have UCCE 7.5 with CVP 8.0 is currently in prodcution.

Hi Debasish,
I believe at some point customer may have configured the Outbound Dialer and the ports were created as a part of that only. Feel absolutely free to delete them since they are
1) In an unknown state
2) Those ports are specific for the Outbound Dialer to work only and since your customer had already confirmed that they are not using Outbound Campaign there is no point in keeping them there.

Thanks for your answer and we were able to delete these without any issue.
One more question we have Phone license in call manager 7.1.3 and now we are migrating to CUCM 10.5 so can we migrate the Phone license to our new call manager 10.5?
