Hi,
I have reserved the PCCE 12.0 Lab yesterday and finesse is still out of service. I am attaching the snap herewith.
Is there any maintenance activity from the cisco side?

Muhammad Arslan

Hi,
Did you try the SystemInfo API (https://developer.cisco.com/docs/finesse/#!systeminfo%e2%80%94get) to see why Finesse is out of service?
You can try to reserve a new sandbox, but I have run into this issue in the past and I just had to cycle the services on the PG/AW/Rogger because the CTI connection was down.
Thanx,
Denise

@MuhammadArslan76714 Some sandboxes were taken out of the reservation pool whilst the ENG team worked on a reservation issue. Please check back later.

Hi,
Check that the services are all started on the PG, AW, Rogger. But as @bigevilbeard stated, some of the sandboxes (including the CC ones) are running into some issues and the team is currently working on it.
Thanx,
Denise

Hi,
Yes, all services are running but still, I am getting Finesse Out of Service message.
Should I try to reserve a new sandbox lab?
Thanks,
Muhammad Arslan

Hi,
Can you check JTAPI status in Portico on agent PG.We have noticed this while JTAPI is not connected with PG.
Thanks,
