How to hide answer/end call button on Finesse.

Is there a way to hide the answer / end call button on Finesse? I am using CCX 11.5

Hi Miguel,

If you are referring to the answer/end call button in the built in call control gadget, the answer would be no. The call control gadget is not customizable and the code for the gadget is not available to the public.

Yes. The call control gadget in Finesse is a built-in component, and not customizable. There are no plans to make it otherwise.

You can probably solve for this with a browser extension. I can "keep an eye" on your Finesse screen and make the answer button invisible.
