Hi, does anyone have any recommendations for potential replacements of Cisco Mediasense for basic CUBE audio recording? Of course there are a number of powerful third-party solutions like Calabrio out there, but have a business case where user is looking for basic recording functionality and playback like Mediasense offered, so that they could review a call from end to end. This could even be complimentary to using a solution where you have (for instance) Calabrio recording with built in bridge to get all of the agent portion, but the Mediasense replacement recording it from the CUBE perspective to get the pre (and often post) agent interaction.

Hi,
If I understood correctly, you may want to explore the SIPREC solution from Imagicle. Any recording platform that supports SIP Recording might help you achieve the functionality you're looking for.

Hi @Andreas Stuber , thank you but it looks like that wouldn't work here, as it relies on built in bridge recording, and that wouldn't account for the calls that don't make it to an agent for instance.

From my end (based on the recording systems that I saw) and based on your budget you can also look at below recording systems:

Thanks for sharing. Does Eleveo support Cisco PCCE or been tested with it?
I see they mentioned Cisco Webex contact cetner.

I am confident they do. I had them recently on a UCCE project, so it would make sense that they would support PCCE too.

As @david.macias said, they do. They are able to connect to CTI and even gather call context. But the best option would be to contact them directly and ask for the options. That doesn't cost
