Hi all - Can i Set Agent state as wrap-up during call,so that Agent wrap-up time will start during call in finesse 10.5. in this case wrap code will be empty or any default wrap-up code as constant.

Hi Venkadesh,
You can put the agent to pending wrap-up during a call, but it will not change until after the call is over and the wrap up time will not start until then.
