I have a customer on UCCE v12.6 currently and they have a requirement for outbound campaigns where they want to play 2 different messages when an answering machine (AM) picks up the call. In other words, first attempt that hits AM, play 1st message. When we attempt for 2nd call and AM picks up again, leave 2nd message. The messages played need to be in that order and not random. Is this possible and how would you go about configuring this? Can you do a lookup to one of the BA variables to see if 1st attempt was already made? TIA

This can be accomplished by employing an Outbound Campaign Manager, such as Acqueon, a S+ partner.

The easy answer is to have two campaigns with different messages. The other option would be to write to a DB the what calls have been placed and then based on that decide what message to leave.
