Does Cisco offer a training class for the scripting or does it all go through training partners like Global Knowledge?

Thanks in advance!

I don't believe Cisco has ever provided a scripting class as they do not support scripts, only the back-end software.

That is correct I've not seen any public Cisco owned training. The good news about CCX there are a few different providers out there that can do this, but I believe they are not "authorized". Honestly, for CCX I would look around for videos on demand and purchase that and go at your own pace. I believe It's Faizal Khan (sp?) that has some training on this that from what I've seen looks complete. If you want to go completely cheap, there's a lot on YouTube to help you get started and the forums have a mountain of information from people like Anthony Halloway on how to do cool stuff with CCX.

Here’s the link for what appears to be a good Pluralsight course that seems to cover a number of topics. It might be a little old/dated for everything, depends on what you’re looking for.

A few resources I have used:

Cisco Scripting guide:

YouTube is free of course:

VoiceBootCamp:

They have a "Platinum package" if you want to purchase ALL of their Collaboration Self Study videos (Including UCCX, UCCE, Webex Call Center, etc) See the bottom of this page:
