Whisper Coaching - TAPI Development

I am looking to implement whisper coaching in our environment. I am completely new to TAPI development, and I'm looking for some documentation that can point me in the right direction to start developing and implementing an interface.

Alternatively, if anyone knows of a way to simply interact with the PG in lieu of standing up a separate TAPI box, that would be helpful as well. We are on UCCE 11.6/CUCM 11.5.

There's an example of a monitoring and recording web app you can try or use as a code example.  It exposes all the recording and monitoring options including whisper.
