I use the demo account of the CX Cloud almost daily for conversations with my customers. The distinction between the content of SuccessTrack 1 and Success Track 2 is very important.
Here is an example that this information is not stored in all places. It is VERY important not to give the customer the prospect of what he thinks he has - or to have to buy afterwards at extra cost.
