I tried to use the template.csv to add multiple users but it just hung saying "uploading". There was one user I couldn't add singly either so I don't know if it was because of that?
@AngusBenjafield Thank you for your feedback. For the first issue of the upload hanging, can you open a support case from within CX Cloud and TAC will assist you. To open a case, click on the ? icon on top right and pick CX Cloud Support.
