Hi there, I have another customer asking about this as well. Why don't we have longer case history in the Closed Cases view? I understand the complete history is already in the Assets 360 view, but that's a difficult way to search for a case if one doesn't recall the exact device. To remediate this there should be the option to either 1) view longer case history in Closed Cases or 2) be able to search by case number in the Assets & Coverage tile.
