I would love to see a dashboard tile that would take me directly to my Cisco support account so I can review cases that I have open. Even better if there was some indication on the tile that there is an action awaiting me!
Hi @slayton , thanks for your post! This exists already today in CX Cloud. Just go to the "Cases" tile and click on "All Open Cases" to see all open cases that your Cisco ID is associated to. You can also filter on "Customer Pending" to see those that are awaiting your action.
