The display of Support cases in CX cloud need a re-design. Its very difficult to read notes on a case as it uses part of the screen and doesn't allow you to pop it out. It also does not load all the notes at once or present a scroll bar which makes it extremely difficult for cases with a history as you have to keep scrolling and waiting for it to load each new section of notes.
