In our environment we ship all of the devices we order to our main HQ location and then the network team configures and sends them out to our branch offices.  All of our Location fields in CX reflect the address of our HQ.  DNA Center requires that you enter an address when you add a location so it already knows the street address of almost every one of our devices.  It would be super helpful if there were either a Customer Location field that is separate from the Location field or if the Location field itself would sync the street address data from DNA Center branch locations.  You'd know not only the status of every piece of hardware but also where it really is as opposed to where it was shipped when it was ordered.

We have the exact same process in our organization. It would be nice if address data is synchronized with DNAC.

This is something with high priority for us as well It really helps to make our customer's life's easier (customer experience) and provides value for the money. The information should also be reflected automatically in TAC/RMA systems.
