Using CUCM v8.6. Customer has 6921 phones using SCCP integration. By default, the lines on these phones come up set to support 2 simoultaneous calls, with the busy trigger set to 1.
Reset this isn CUCM from 2/1 to 4/2. Phone settings applied and reset.
Phone will still not handle more than 2 calls at a time.
Has anyone else seen this, have a work around, etc.?

Few similar thread, not sure if there is newest firmware file that resolves it though:

Thanks Chris. It looks like something is developing when you look at the threads over time. At first they said 1 per line, and the max calls was grayed out. Then they talked about setting up a second number (same number/different partition). Now in 8.6.2, the max value isn't grayed out.
I'm going to open a case on this and see what I can find out.

Hi Cliff,
Just as an FYI ....like you and Chris nicely noted, this requires CUCM 8.6 & above
but it also requires firmware 9-2-1 or later as well
Cheers!

TAC is saying it also requires the latest device PAK, or seems to. I'm loading it now, and will then see if that resolves it.

Hi,
we try to solve this issue with CM 8.5 istalling device pack cmterm-devicepack8.5.1.16097-1 but after installing another problems came up.
ip phones option are now displayed in english insted of spanish, the time shown is not the correct, we do not know the reason of this changes.
and the issue about the lines remains.
does any of you know how to clear the issue about language and time?? , we like to have al least the same features before device pack was installed.
regards
