I have an issue with Call Manager 8.5, when users are on one call and a second call comes in , they hear it ringing/beeping in their call.
Can someone please let me know if there is any global parameter to dsable that option.

You can disable this per phone/line under Device > Phone > Line

There is no global setting. The setting Chris was suggesting is per-DN, per-Device and is called Ring Setting (Phone Active).

I think the parameter : ring setting On busy station in service parameters should work for you

Just a quick question , if I changed that Service parameter "ring setting On busy station" , is it going to reset the phones or it wouldn't be service affecting .

It won't affect service.
